In this video, I would like to introduce the main goals and activities of Académie de développement.
We position ourselves primarily as a bridge between Swiss education and the rest of the world.
To achieve this mission, we focus on several key areas and offer the following services.
First, we help students and families choose the educational institution that best matches their goals and aspirations.
Switzerland offers a wide variety of public and private schools, colleges, and universities. Some institutions provide highly affordable education, while others require significant financial investment. The right choice depends on your individual objectives, opportunities, and future plans. In education, higher cost does not always mean higher quality, and the best option is not necessarily the most expensive one.
Second, once you have selected your school, we offer adaptation and preparation programs designed to help students integrate smoothly into their new educational environment. Our goal is to ensure that the first days and months at school are comfortable, productive, and free from unnecessary stress.
Third, after a child begins studying, we provide a range of student support services. These services are especially valuable when parents cannot remain permanently with their child or when additional assistance is required. Depending on individual needs, this support may include supervision, transportation arrangements, meal coordination, academic assistance, and other practical services that contribute to the student’s well-being and success.
Fourth, we are actively developing bachelor’s-level educational programs for international students who are unable to relocate to Switzerland but wish to obtain a recognized European qualification.
These programs are delivered online and are based on Swiss and French academic materials, providing students with access to high-quality European education regardless of their location.
Since most of our programs are designed for international participants, English serves as our primary language of instruction. At the same time, we also offer selected courses and training programs in French.
